We are now accepting applications for its next enrollment of participants scheduled to begin in September 2025. To apply, please complete the application using the link below. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by phone and invited to attend an informational session. All information provided will remain confidential and is required for the upcoming selection process.
What to know:
- Must be a resident of Erie County
- Must be 16-24 years old
- Must meet income guidelines
- Must not have graduated high school*
